Once in a while a rare opportunity presents itself. In this case the chance to own quite possibly the finest GT car ever made, the Porsche
928 GTS. In the case of this fine example an even rarer 5-speed model. 1995 was the final year of 928 production after a long run of 18 years.
The GTS model was the final incarnation of the venerable 928 and the best of them all. The car you see here is one of only 20 or so 5-speed models made for the US market in 1995. This car is one of the rarest of the rare and a highly desirable and sought after model. It sports a perfect glass smooth black paint with all black supple leather interior. The mileage is low at 37, xxx miles. It is extremely fast and supremely comfortable and will stop on a dime.  It has a complete service history spanning two owners and all records are with the car.  All services are up to date. The original engine was replaced due to excessive oil consumption. A known problem with the GTS.  It was replaced under warranty at 10,xxx miles in 1997 by a Certified Porsche Dealership by the first owner in California. The new engine runs flawlessly.  All its life this car has enjoyed a spare no expense lifestyle.

This two owner 928 GTS is being offered at a price of  US $55,000. The car resides in a Maryland suburb north of Washington, DC.

Original owner was located in CA.  Porsche replaced motor with 17k miles with a non-numbers  matching engine (engine number for automatic).  The engine in the car now has a block number that belongs in an automatic GTS.  Was last known to be for sale in MO.
