New brake rotors, pads, wear sensors, and parking brake pads done at this time front and rear. I also replaced the tires with sumitomo hrtz tires. These tires keep the interior noise down and provide excellent traction. For fun, I fitted a rear muffler bypass for a throaty sound and increased hp. For better handling, I added adjustable swaybar endlinks for better cornering and keeping a supple highway ride. A new battery was installed in the spring of 2005. The interior is in excellent shape. The seats are soft and have no cuts or tears. Only a small amount of wear is hardly noticable with a few wrinkles on the drivers outside bolster. The dash is streight but does have a small crack betweem the defroster vent holes. The carpeting shows no wear and has large rubber floor mats. No stains are apparent. The paint is glossy and in very good condition. A few blemishes exist, but are very small, and a few paint chips are noted on the front facia. There are no door dings and the panels are streight. The cars mileage is reflected in its overall condition. It shows wear of its driven milage, but no excessive wear anywhere. The front lower spoiler is missing, but the clips are still inplace. All switch gear is working except the hatch release. The motor turns, but does not release. A simple adjustment is all that is required. The a/c blows cool air, but not cold, as 928s were not know for their cooling capacity. In conclusion, this car is an excellent 928 with low original miles, has had excellent maintence, and needs almost nothing done to it for a weekend car or even a daily driver. Dont let its color fool you; it is just as fast as a red or black one, and gives you class and stealth. I also have maintence reciepts back to 1999 and previous owner info as car history.
