Vehicle Description Ladies and gentlemen, I am selling on behalf of the original owner, ( my father-in-law ), a nearly flawless 1987 black on black Porsche 928 S4 5 speed. This beautiful Porsche was originally purchased at Don McGill Porsche of Houston Texas in late 1987. It was not only purchased there, but also serviced there its entire life! This 928 is absolutely stunning! It is 100% original and in impeccable condition. The paint is all original and all of the VIN tags are in place. There are no dings or scratches and the interior is like new! This 928 comes fully loaded and was special ordered with the following options ( driver and passenger lumbar, heat and memory controls, limited slip differential, Porsche factory alarm and increased air conditioning.) All of the guages and options are fully funtional. There are no dash or dash pod cracks and the interior is like new! The car comes complete with all books, records, every single tool, Porsche tire pump, extra belts, emergency manual sunroof opener, wheel locks, both belly pans, 4 Porsche keys, perfect cargo cover, cargo net and spare collapsable tire! The car is also riding on nearly new Dunlop tires. All services are up to date and have been completed as per the maintenance schedule according to Porsche service. In addition to the maintenace book, I have just had the car inspected and had the oil changed when I brought the car to Indianapolis, Indiana last week. The service was completed by world renowned Euro Motorwerks ( Motor Magazine article; August 2001 and Motor Magazine cover and article; June 2002 ), in Indianapolis, Indiana. This 928 is in absolute perfect condition and is in need of no servicing whatsoever. Like I stated earlier, this car is 100% original and has had NO modifications of anykind! In addition, I can e-mail addtional pictures of any specific part of the car upon request to any serious bidders. This car is also available, prior to the close of auction and at the bidders expense, inspection by a non-bias third party at anytime. Vehicle Condition On the critical side, the car has a small rock chip on the passenger side front window. The leather on the drivers side rear quarter glass has started to pull away ever so slightly. The turn signals both work but need to be returned manually. These are very minor issues and rather anal in nature, but I just wanted to let you know everything. Terms of Sale A $2000 non-refundable deposit is due within 48 hours of auction close by either certified check or bank wire. The remaining balance is due within 5 days of auction close by certified check or bank wire. Buyer is responsible for shipping and transportation costs.
