Vehicle Description 1987 Porsche 928S4 5 speed Guards Red Black leather 18" Sport Classic II wheels, 8.5" and 10" MOMO Combat shifter, red DEVEK Roll bar - I never ended up tracking it, but I do have the roll bar. About 140k on the clock, but the odo doesn't work. Timing belt/water pump done last year at reputable Porsche Indepedent in the Chicago area. A/C works, recently converted to R134a and recharged. There is a small spot in the roof where a PO went a little crazy with a power buffer. Interior in great shape. Two or three VERY SMALL dash cracks between a couple of the vents, and the top of the pod is crazing a bit. Option Codes: C02 - Catalytic Converter (of course) 018 Extended steering wheel hub 139 Left Heated seat 158 Radio 220 Limited slip differential 302 928 S4 on the back 340 Right heated seat 418 Side moldings 474 Sport shocks 481 5 speed manual 490 Hi-fi sound system 494 Amplifier 533 Alarm 650 Sunroof I've included a picture with the new wheels. Most of the other photos are a little older and only have the old wheels, which I no longer have. Vehicle Condition The vehicle is in good overall condition. The A/C works and all of the electricals except for the rear window wiper are functional. As far as I know, the car should make a drive to where ever you need to take it in the continental USA. It's never left me stranded or given me any problems. Terms of Sale Vehicle sold as-is, where-is, with no guarantees or warranties. Buyer must arrange and pay for shipping. Contact between buyer and seller must be made within 3 days of the end of the auction, with a 25% deposit of the final price due within 3 days. The balance is due within 10 days of the end of the auction. Bidders with 0 or negative feedback must contact me and include a telephone number where I can reach you, otherwise I will cancel your bid. I will not answer any emails asking me how much I will take for the car RIGHT NOW. This car is up for auction. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- On Mar-25-03 at 18:07:28 PST, seller added the following information: I purchased the car on 9/15/2001. The odo stopped working about 6 months ago, and I estimate the mileage to be right around 140k. The reason I'm selling ... I just think it's time to move on. I am looking for a good autocrosser/track car and I'm looking for something smaller and lighter-weight. It's been a great car, I'm just freeing up some garage space.
