Vehicle Description COLLECTORS STOP LOOKING…YOU HAVE FOUND THE 928S OF YOUR DREAMS!!!! LOOK AT THE PICS…NEED I SAY MORE!?!?!? You are bidding on an extremely cherry 1984 Porsche 928S. I purchased this 928S from a gentlemen who rarely drove the car, he babied this car like it was his own child. After every time he drove this Porsche he cleaned the car inside, out & underneath. It has been sitting in dry storage on a lift since June of 2001. He borrowed money on the title & could not pay it back therefore, I purchased the car & you may be the lucky winner of this 928S. I have only driven this Porsche about 100 miles & ALL works well, this is a collector car & in 2 more years will be a classic. I don’t have room for it to sit around & I surly don’t want to rack up the miles on a car of this nature. I know the car sat on a lift for a couple of years with the wheels hanging in the air & in my personal opinion I believe it will need new front shocks because it seems a little mushy in the front end. It steers & drives great but I drive a 2003 Porsche & this one seems to be a little more bouncy in the front end, my new one is very tight. The dash is new, but the piece over the gauges is not, as you can tell in the pics there are 2 cracks from the age of the car. The A/C blows cold but not what I am used to so you may need a shot of Freon. As you can tell from the pics the body is in excellent almost flawless condition, there are a couple of small rock chips on the nose but nothing that wont touch up. It has an after market alpine cd player with an amplifier sending a great sound through the cockpit. Tires are in great shape probably 90% tread left. The previous owner kept some records for maintenance however he did most of the work on the car himself. Interior appears to be completely original other than the new dash, which looks great. The car only has 60000 miles so what does that tell you about the car?
