Vehicle Description I do not want to sell this car, but new project car is on the way and I need room so my loss is your gain! GET READY FOR SUMMER! I bought this car off E-Bay a little under two years ago and in that time I have put $13,500 into it. Paul Miller Porsche/Audi or Powertec Inc. completed all the work listed below. I am not a mechanic so I am describing the car to the best of my abilities. Mechanically, for a 20 year-old car, I was told it was in pretty good condition. The interior was a little rough when I received the car but it has all been replaced except for the dashboard, which is cracked (common problem in 928's). As far as what has been done to the car in the last year: New Alpine stereo w/CD changer, V12 amp, 5 speakers Every piece of carpet brand new, including floor mats/rear mat Used pair front seats out of 86- 928 New side view mirrow switch New blower resistor A/C thermo switch New HVAC control head New automatic shifter housing New spare tire New fan belts, upper radiator hose New alternator (no rebuild, new!) New oxygen sensor, manifold gasket New smog pump New timing tensioner boot (timing chain replaced by previous owner) New battery Reseal both camshaft housings Flush brake system All four shocks NEW New rear springs New rear stabilizer bars New chrome rims w/ center caps, new tires 3 new wiper blades The stereo system in this car alone is a $2200 investment! Vehicle Condition The transmission has a little trouble on cold mornings but shifts fine once it warms up. The clock does not work. The car should have the rubber window moldings replaced, they don't leak they just look unsightly. The car was re-painted by the previous owner (factory color), it does not have any scratches or chips at all! The car sat for about 9 years without being driven when I came along. The sunroof works, the A/C blows cold, and the stereo vibrates the whole car. I have started this auction at a low price considering what I have put into it.
