Color: Kiln Red (rare color) Contact: Rich at info@electronikrepair.com My friend Glenn is selling his '83 928 S (VIN: WP0JB092XDS860789. It was previously mine so I'm helping him sell it. The car was a "one family" owned car when I purchased it. All service records exist from the first oil change. I purchased the car in 1998 and it served me well through March '04 as a daily driver. It is a steal at $7,995. This is a beautiful car with an excellent service history. A brief summary of the major service items is: 1998: - All new water hoses and spark plug wires/cap/rotor installed - The engine top-end was resealed - A new speedo installed because it was intermittently cutting out. When removed 56,928 was displayed, I decided to keep the ZERO miles on the new one (it felt like a new car). It currently reads 35,xxx miles; I'd estimate the car has around 100,000 miles on it. 1999: - The cam belt & water pump were replaced (about 30,000 miles ago). - The very important "steel ball joint carriers" upgrade installed 2004 service - The torque converter carrier bearings were replaced Jan. '04 - A/T was serviced in February '04 - Oil & filter just changed in June '04. - The sunroof was recently removed, cleaned, greased and a new switch installed. The brakes & rotors are in great shape, tires almost new. The paint is original "Kiln Red" and interior dark brown dash/light brown carpeting/seats. The interior is excellent shape; the original carpeting looks new and the floor mats are new Lloyd mats. The headlamps are upgraded 7" H4s. It has the on-off "!" tail lamp warning foible that is common with these cars. |
